I’m Away ✈️ After a wonderful bridal season (that’s still not over for 2024) and my own wonderful wedding, I’m off on a once in a life time trip to India tomorrow be fully immersed into a real Indian wedding for my best friend and I am so excited! Being chosen as a Bridal Artist is more than just a job, it’s a profound privilege. My real life cinderella bride Vicki ✨ I was so lucky to be able to support Vicki on her wedding day in August and what a stunning, magical bride she was! A real life Cinderella ❤️ One thing Vicki asked for was liner! My Bridal Makeup ✨ The big question on everyone’s lips as soon as I told them I was getting married was ‘Are you doing your own makeup?!’ And though it’s not something I advise for all it was something I did want to do, especially when my job is to makeup brides feel their most beautiful self- I felt that I would feel that way by creating my own signature look and I had so much inspiration in this last year from all of my wonderful brides and the looks they’d wanted on their special day! ❤️ I wanted my makeup to feel fresh, glowy and just a little bit glam✨ I’ve learnt so much more about being a bridal artist from now being a bride myself and one thing I’d 100% say is make sure you have the right people with you on the morning, your bridal party really can make all the difference between a stress free morning and a stressful one, plus that includes your photographers and suppliers too! As chilled as I was on my wedding morning it’s still a stressful time so having people there who help you relax really is so important ❤️ What do you love about my Bridal look? Orla ✨ What an absolutely stunning bride Orla is! I allow 45 minutes for bridal party members and I always like to give up to an hour 15 minutes for my brides, could I work faster?
